MONDAY NIGHT DISCIPLES
Catholci Men’s Prayer Group Since 1985
Who are we?
Monday Night Disciples (MND) is a Catholic men’s prayer group in New Orleans, Louisiana. Its mission is to know, love, and serve God in the Church and in the community; and to serve and support each other in becoming Catholic Men of Action and witnesses of Christ’s merciful love.
Our motto is “Fishers of Men.”
“By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35
What do we do on Mondays?
Each Monday evening at 7pm we meet in the Parish Center at St. Clement of Rome in Metairie. We share our needs and blessings and prayerfully support one another in the spirit and love of Jesus Christ.
No commitment required.
No membership fees.

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.” Matthew 18:20
It’s Not Just Mondays
Mondays are the glue that holds Monday Night Disciples together: spiritual enrichment and fellowship.
Monday Night Disciples are active participants in the annual Archdiocese of New Orleans Men’s Conference and in an annual MND retreat. The 2026 Retreat was held at the Cenacle Retreat House and marked the 40th Anniversary of MND.
Wednesdays are days of Volunteer Service: building caskets for All God’s Babies and swings for special needs children.
Thursdays are days for a special volunteer ministry, once or twice a month: attending graveside services for All God’s Babies, providing prayer and singing if requested.
“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did to one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did to me.’” Matthew 25:40
